Development & Construction
All machines and plants of Richard Rupprecht GmbH are developed at our location in Neunkirchen. Through the most modern CAD techniques, all products are designed.
Innovations, improvements and customer requests are regularly transferred from our design department to our product portfolio.
We are specialized in the development and construction of road rehabilitation machines.
Testing & Research
Our machines and equipment are carefully tested. Customers who are ready to test new innovations check for us the application and handling in everyday work.
In order to develop new improved processes, we also work with research partners such as the Technical University (Chair of Mobile Construction Machinery) in Cologne.
In production, our focus is on the highest quality and value for our products. We manufacture all products “from the belch”. All parts designed in CAD are cut on our CNC cutting machines and then further processed in our welding shop by a team of certified welders.
We can thus guarantee consistently high quality due to the high vertical range of manufacture.
In our final assembly department, all products are assembled by qualified professionals and checked for our high quality standards before shipment.
Through the years of experience of our hydraulic engineers and electricians, we create quality that pays off for you as a customer even after years of intensive use of our products. Such as the elaborate piping of all hydraulics, which makes maintenance on short hoses a breeze.
We have been producing and distributing our products for 37 years. The family structure and the ambition to help our customers achieve sustainable success on their construction sites with our products is what drives us every day.
In addition to our sales department, our long-term partner, the company Nadler Strassentechnik, distributes our product portfolio.

We are available for you from Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. It doesn’t matter whether you have a simple question about a product or a complex request. Our service will take care of the issue immediately to solve your concern as soon as possible.
Spare or maintenance parts can be easily ordered by phone, mail or our contact form. Thanks to our comprehensive warehousing, spare or maintenance parts are usually with you within 24 to 48 hours.
